Staking Update: You might be receiving some BLOCK and ASSET tokens to your wallets. This is due to Cardinal unstaking everyone's NFTs and claiming their rewards for them. As mentionned previously, Cardinal are stepping away from Web3. This was an unexpected decision which forced us to start working on setting up our own Staking solution. Our new staking platform is almost ready to go. We have been running tests on it to identify any bugs on Thursday and Friday. Once all bugs are fixed, we will push it live, which we aim to do early this upcoming week. We will let you know next steps on when and how to re-stake your BLOCK tokens and NFTs as soon as possible. Evening guys, lets go for a quick product update to the start the week by our Product Manager Mike - NFT Marketplace (Phase1) We’re expecting our NFT Marketplace to go live very soon. Here you’ll be able to buy and sell BA NFTs as well as list and take part in auctions and raffles! It’s been a long time coming but we’re almost there we promise. And it’s looking tidy. - Athlete Store (phase1) As you know we want to offer our users more than just NFT collectibles, which is why we’re launching a new store where you can buy real world athlete memorabilia, experiences, apparel and more. This will launch in phases but will lay the foundations for us to become an all in one collectible marketplace. Someone needs to merge the physical and digital collectible worlds right?! We’re expecting Phase1 to launch very soon, so it’s going to be a busy couple of weeks with some huge products launching. - User profiles & socials The front end build for user profiles started today. This will likely take a month or so to build (it’s hefty!) and then a couple of weeks at least of testing so we’re aiming to get it live by the end of Q2, hopefully sooner if all goes smoothly. This part of the platform is really what will set BA apart from other projects and it’s quite impressive what we have if we do say so ourselves. We’re also working on some cool gamification and reward stuff but more on that at a later date. As always we appreciate any support on socials when we announce new products so please do like, comment, share etc so that we continue to raise awareness. Once profiles are live it will become 10x easier to onboard new users into the community so it’s still very much the quiet before the storm right now. Stay frosty 🥶 ✌️

Blockasset Product Update 🛠️ Happy Monday BA fam We have some exciting updates and new features in the pipeline! Our team has been working tirelessly to enhance your Blockasset experience, and we can't wait to unveil everything we've been working on. First off, we're happy to announce that our new store will be ready for release later this month. It will be introduced in phases and will allow us to sell physical items. With the new store, we'll also include buy now listings, auctions, and raffles. We've also made improvements to the user experience for redeeming won items, so you will soon no longer have to rely on Discord support tickets. In addition to the new store, our NFT Marketplace is undergoing major developments. The back end and UI design are complete for phase one, and we're currently integrating with Magic Eden APIs. We expect to roll out the first phase of the marketplace in April/May with improvements in the coming weeks and months. Our user profiles and social features recently underwent a design overhaul to match our new store's aesthetic. We'll be introducing a range of exciting features, including social sign up, multiple wallets, user settings, notifications, user gallery, token overview, social feeds and activity updates, discord chat integration, and more. The back end is complete, and the UI designs are final. We're currently building out the front end, which we expect to roll out in Q2 after rigorous testing. Our rewards and gamification overhaul is one of our most exciting updates. We're looking to reward users for using and engaging with the platform by introducing leaderboards and a reward store (Blaze upgrade). Users will be able to redeem prizes just as they can now, but can earn additional points by using the platform and supporting us on socials. We plan to merge this feature with our existing ASSET rewards, and we'll share more details on this soon. We expect to roll out these updates in late Q2. We are currently working on a white-label version of our platform that will allow other projects to utilize our tech and bring in additional recurring revenue. Given our partnership with Chiliz, this is especially promising, and we expect to have it ready in Q3. We're also looking into integrating physical sports collectibles into our product offerings, which our new store will enable us to do. In the future, we hope to open up our NFT Marketplace to other sports collections so that Blockasset can become a home to both physical and digital sports collectibles from various brands, organizations, athletes, and teams.
